Join Millennials For Memphis for a sizzling hot discussion at our June millennichat on Memphis Politics. We'll discuss all aspects of public service from the decision to run for office, the importance of campaign support (and fundraising!), and what happens after the big win! Attendees will hear from Get Out The Vote (GOTV) organizers and strategiests and TN State Representative Dwayne Thompson - a Democrat who recently had a game-changing upset when he turned a long-time red seat blue! Upon participating in this discussion, we hope that you'll have a clearer sense of your role in the political process, the people around Memphis who you should know, and how we'll all work together to Win Big in 2017. Bring your questions, concerns, and ideas for this fun discussion about Politics.  Note: Millennials For Memphis is a nonpartisan nonprofit organization for progressive young professionals who want to be a part of the innovative decision-making processes in Memphis. Everyone is invited to join us for this discussion regardless of the side of the aisle you feel most closely aligned. Thank you to Cowork Memphis for hosting us. As always, light hors d'oeuvres and adult beverages will be served. Millennichats are limited to 30 attendees. Do not reserve a seat if you cannot attend the millennichat. Do not attempt to "hold" a seat for a millennichat that you may not attend. Late cancellations (
